We are Insured: On site-By Kemper Insurance Co. for our entire inventory and any items that are in our possession from clients such as appraisals, repair, refinishing etc. Midwest Diamond and Watch Company has never had a loss or filed a claim with any insurance company. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shipping-Midwest Diamond and Watch Company is insured by Parcel Pro ,Inc. of San Diego , Ca. on any of our shipments being sent via FedEx or UPS . On shipments being sent via U.S. mail ( Express mail or Registered mail ) the insurance is purchased from the Postal Service. Midwest Diamond and Watch Company has never had a loss or filed a claim with the Postal Service. If a loss or damage of shipment occurs in route to a customer, the customer will receive an immediate refund on there credit card. Midwest Diamond and Watch Company will file all claims and paperwork with the proper insurers and a replacement item will be sent immediately
